These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1.2. 2016 to revocation or change thereof. By signing the purchase agreement, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are available at www.designsofa.cz

Ordering goods

Orders for goods are handled on weekdays from 6:00 to 22:00. Your order is binding at the time of shipment. If the goods you selected are not available within the given deadline, we will inform you immediately of this fact.

Transport and payment

The payment for goods can be made exclusively by Bank Transfer.
Once the order has been completed, the payment order will be sent to you by e-mail with the required data (Variable symbol and account number) needed to make the payment by bank transfer to the designsofa.cz account. Payment will usually be credited to our bank account within 1 to 2 business days.
Goods can be taken personally at SMILE DESIGN s.r.o. Žižkova 498, Trutnov (SMILE DESIGN s.r.o. - 1st floor).

Cancellations

After receiving the payment, we begin to work on the custom production of your sofa. The cancellation fee is 1/3 of the goods and is non-refundable.

All goods are covered by the warranty within the statutory time limit, unless stated otherwise.
If your claim is acknowledged, we will send you new items or refund the purchase price.
If your claim is found to be unauthorized, your goods will be returned to your address.
Postage costs associated with an unjustified claim are borne by the buyer.
Postage costs, if the claim is acknowledged, are borne by the seller.

We only send money by bank transfer.

The customer is obliged to check the status of the consignment immediately after delivery. Assuming the shipment is incomplete or damaged, it is necessary to inform us immediately by e-mail to trade@designsofa.cz, write the damage protocol with the carrier and send it to the seller within 24 hours. If the customer confirms the receipt of the consignment by signing on the carrier's documents, it is not possible to apply additional claims for incompleteness or damage to the shipment.
The goods warranty expires in the following cases:
